New Board to Finalize Membership Policy

A new legal entity – Alberta Career Education Network Foundation (ACE Network) was created to take over the current and emergent needs of the Alberta Career Prep Consortium.  ACE Network now operates as a not for profit society, governed by a volunteer board of directors. 

It is expected that all individuals and organizations, resident in Alberta, who have an interest in career education and development and share the society’s objects, will be eligible to join as members.

ACE Network will operate as a provincial network with regional chapters.  Members will be able to take advantage of offerings delivered on a provincial basis and become involved in regional chapter ventures and services of their choice. 

Membership policy relating to fees and benefits, including types of members and who can be a member will be developed by the new board in the near term.
